Please email us at info@gweneden.com within 14 days of receiving your item to request a Returns. A delivery is deemed received when tracking states it has been delivered to you.
We are happy to issue a refund if:

The items have not been used or damaged. Items are measured against our originals and have markers indicating if they have been used. Items that are used, damaged, altered, or have perfume/makeup marks will be sent back to you.
The items are neatly packaged and sent to us within 3 days of receiving the return instructions.
Please note, our returns policy is strictly applied and does not allow for refunds or exchanges requested after the returns period has expired for reasons such as change of mind.
